Pays de Herve is nature at its purest, where the sweet aromas of green grass, mature hay and fresh milk carry on the breeze...


We are based in the east of Belgium on lush grasslands flanked by the borders of Germany and the Netherlands on one side and the Meuse and Vesdre rivers on the other.

Around forty small villages are scattered across the region’s green pastures and fruit groves: Aubel, Charneux, Bolland, Saint André, Melen and many more – welcome to Pays de Herve, the Normandy of Belgium!

From the region’s wealth of natural resources, our cheese has derived a variety of flavours that you will find nowhere else. This is a vibrant region where the passion for rural products is alive and well.
